New in - October, November and December 2015

After a while of no posts at all I will come back with new products that I got last three months. I will start with my favorite part - lipsticks. I got Essence Pink & Perfect and two Maybelline Color Sensational Matt that I wanted to try for a while. I have two shades: Red Sunset and Magnetic Magenta. Three new lipsticks and three true beauties. I also have new nail polish after a while, it is Maybelline Color Show White Splatter. For now there is no pic but hopefully I will be able to upload it later.

On second pic you can see three more products. First one is Hipp Mama Massage Oil Sensitive because I will be a mom once again :) and this was a little gift from my sister in law. Next are two Essence product Smile You Are Pretty hand cream which looks and smells very pretty! Last one is old favorite Essence All About Matt fixing compact powder. I also have few products that can fit into this category but I don't have pic to show you for now. They are Ebelin cotton pads, Dove Orginal deo spray and Afrodita hand cream Almond, which is amazing. I use it all the time, it smells amazing, it is moisturizing and all I need is really small amount of product!

Next are Batiste dry shampoo for dark and deep brown hair with hint of color. I can't say much because I still didn't try it. First I want to use up my current Batiste dry shampoo bottle. Here I have Biobaza micellar which I like very much.

Next three pics are only shower gels. I've been keeping myself from buying new shower gels for a very long time and after I used up big part of my stash it  was time to get some new :) So this is what I got: Balea Vanille & Cocos, Balea Frozen Breeze and Balea Frost Flower. As always they smell and they look gorgeous!

Next are Bettina Barty gels which I bought for the first time. I still didn't tried them but they smell very nice! I also have Today lavender scented shower gel.

For the end I have some Treacle Moon shower creams. I always enjoy them and this time will probably be the same! I have Sweet Apple Hugs and mini edition with The Raspberry Kiss, One Ginger Morning and Warm Cinnamon Nights.
Did you tried any of these products?

Empty #24

Avon Advance Techniques anti dandruff shampoo - My long time favorite, I don't have dandruff all the time juts occasionally. When that time comes I use this shampoo and it always helps. I just wash my hair with it few times in a row. If you have dandruff problem I definitely recommend it but I know for a fact that it doesn't help everyone...however it is worth  a try.

Loreal Elvital Color Glanc shampoo - here again!

Balea shower gels - very often in my Empties. Here I have Maracuya which is another very nice Balea shower gel and Coconut shimmery shower gel which I didn't like that much. Mostly because it was in the tube. The reason why I bought it was the fact that I thought it was shimmery but honestly I didn't see any shimmer, smells good.

Lush Snow Fairy shower gel - Now this is shimmery shower gel!! I love, love, love it! It has amazing candy scent and in my opinion popularity of this product is not overrated! Here is my post.

Essence Superheroes nail polish gel remover - I bought this product out of curiosity, I wondered how would gel remover work and if it is maybe better then regular removers. The answer is NO. To me this was such an annoying product but since it was only a remover and in the end it did the job I decided to finish the bottle. It is not practical and it so much easier to use "normal" liquid removers then gel removers. It also had glitter inside and no body knows why. I guess only positive thing would be that it lasts forever...or it would be if I like it.

Essence Soft & Natural liquid foundation - I bought this product by mistake, one time when I was in hurry...I replaced it for another product. However, it wasn't bad and I used it time to time for my daily makeup. If you need light coverage it was okay.

China Glaze Love Marilyn - when I bought this nail polish few years ago it looked completely different. Want prof? Click! It was one of my favorites at Christmas time. Few weeks ago I was going trough my nail polish stash and suddenly I see red China Glaze nail polish.I thought that was weird because I never had red cream China Glaze nail polish. I looked at the label and I realized that it completely changed. The glitter is not visible, the color is changed and it is completely thick. It is a shame because it was such a pretty color, but the bottle was almost empty so there is no much harm. Now I have to check my other glitters and hope that they survived over years.

Avon Super Shock gel eyeliner - amazing product. My favorite eyeliner and the product I will repurchase for sure!

Burberry The Beat

After very long time I have one really nice Burberry fragrance ( first one was Brit, of course ).  This one was a gift from my husband and great thing about that is not just that I got  a beautiful gift it is also that this is something I wouldn't choose myself and it is a fragrance that I really like. I usually reach for floral, oriental scents but time to time I find something that I like which is citrus and fresh. Burberry The Beat comes in lovely, elegant bottle with silver top and famous Burberry checked details on the bottle. I have 50 ml bottle, there are 30 and 75 ml available as well.

Top notes of Burberry The beat are pink pepper, mandarin orange, bergamot and cardamom. Middle notes are iris, tea and bellflower while the base notes are vetiver, cedar and white musk. I like to use Burberry The Beat when I'm going out with my husband or if I'm going to hang out with my friends. It is fresh and it is not overpowering but it is long lasting in the same time. To me it is the best for un formal occasions. Since I got it it is my go to fragrance and it is the reason why I think I should check out other Burberry perfumes as well. Who knows what I've been missing :)

Random #11

Life has been very complicated past few weeks. In between everything that has happened lately it has been impossible to focus on my blog. I always say I want to go back to 3-4 posts per week but right now I hardly keep it alive. I'm not going to make any promise to you or to myself but hopefully things will get better soon. Hopefully I will be here more often and I hope life will turn in positive way again as well.
Today I will share some pics with you. I done Project 365 vol 2 and now I can say that this time I don't miss it. However I still like to take few pictures here and there.

Five favorite fall lipsticks

Most of the time I call myself a pink girl. When it comes to lipsticks, lip gloss or nail polishes pink is usually my go to color and the color I have the most in my stash. During fall ( and winter ) I change it a little bit. Not that I don't use pink anymore but I often reach for other colors as well. Today let's talk about lipsticks. I looked forward to this fall because it is my favorite time of year to use purplicious shades. They are my favorite at this time of year. Except purple I like to wear red.

Here I have my five favorites. First I have two red shades. Oriflame Daring Red is my favorite red lipstick, the one I love to use when I dress up. It is a classic and always looks elegant. Next one is p2 Love Happens. This one is from Sheer Glam line and it is perfect for everyday looks. It is not too bold but it can make a statement. After reds here are my usual picks lately, purplicious lipsticks.  First one is L'oreal Glamor Fuchsia. Now this is another statement lipstick. When you have it on your lips you can't go unnoticed. You can do your makeup quickly and with Glamor Fuchsia on your lips it will look like you spend hours in front of a mirror. Next one is Golden Rose 113. This one can go as pink lipstick but it beautiful, unusual pink. I like to use it when I'm in pink mood and I want to wear bright lipstick Still, there is that hit of purple which makes me love it so much. Last one is Essence Wear Berries! which is really nice darker everyday color but it looks very good on evening makeup looks as well.

Oriflame Daring Red, p2 Love Happens, L'oreal Glamor Fuchsia, Golden Rose 113 and Essence Wear Berries!

In the end if I have to choose only one from my five favorites that would be L'oreal Glamor Fuchsia. J'adore it!

What is your favorite fall lipstick?

Review: Tangle Teezer

Ever since I've heard about it I knew Tangle Teezer could be something I need. Something that can help my long, dry hair which is impossible to brush without products in it. Sometimes they can hardly help, brushing can be difficult and even painful. Before I tried Tangle Teezer I expected it to be better then my usual, ordinary hair brush which has often been stuck in my hair. After I tried Tangle Teezer first thing that came into my mind was: Where have you been all my life? :) This brush is not just good or better then other " old fashion " brushes, it is excellent and it makes my life so much easier. Anyone with dry hair should know why would I said something like that.

Tangle Teezer has unusual shape, which became very normal because of popularity of the brush. It is easy to use it and time for adjustment to the brush was minimal. It is easy to hold it in your hand and like I said it does the work very well. There are different models of the brush, mine is Tangle Teezer Salon Elite.

Bristles on the brush are made of silicone and the key to success of the brush is in bigger and smaller bristles. For me this brush became irreplaceable ( well, I would replace it only with same or similar type of brush ) especially when my hair is wet. That is where I see the biggest difference. I can brush my hair without problem and without products ( silicone, oil...). I only wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner...and that's it.

Another fun thing about Tangle Teezer is that it comes in different colors and patterns. I love my purple and pink combo, it is called Purple Crush. This brush is also great for travel and it doesn't take much space if you want to carry it in your bag. It is easy to wash it and keep it clean.

In the end I can't say bad thing about this brush. I'm not saying it is perfect but after years of difficulties with brushing my tangled hair and searching for products that can help me with it, this brush finally does it the best. I just wish I bought it sooner :)

Empty #23

Olea Orchid & Cashmere liquid soap - random, emergency buy... I will stick to my usual Balea and Aveo soaps :)

Balea deo - body spray - As much as I love Balea products I can't say that I like their deos. I did tried few good ones but this one isn't among them. It looks nice but that's about it. I need to go back to Dove asap.

Schwarzkopf Got2Be Rockin' It dry shampoo - great product. After I use it my hair looks much better and it even gives it little bit of volume. I didn't see it in drugstores for a while but if I find it I will definitely buy it again.

Avon Planet Spa Japanese sake and rise body lotion - Nice smell, moisturizing, shimmery and practical package. Something I would buy again.

Catrice All Matt liquid foundation - click here :)

Figs & Rouge Vanilla & Pistachio lip butter - one of the best lip butter / balms I tried. It is nurturing, it doesn't dry out my lips and it doesn't have that sweet scent most balm have...which is great for a change. This was my only Figs & Rouge product but I hope I will try more.

Aveo liquid soap - love them and I use them regularly.

Essence Translucent powder - from Mountain Calling trend edition. This is really good product. On the budget but it is doing good work. I usually use it to set my foundation or my primer and it makes my makeup last longer. I will definitely repurchase it. ( Essence has the same product with different name in their regular range. )

Balea Sail Away cream - The package is irresistible and the cream inside is good. Great thing about it is that it can be used for your face, body or your hands. So it is completely easy to justify if you buy it, I have other packages as well and if Balea continues with these little creams I will probably buy every single one :) I used this one mostly for my face or my hands.

New in - September 2015

After few collective new ins here is one with products that I got in September, which means that there is more then few products. Like old days haha. I will start with few gifts from my husband ( together for 10 years :D ). I got Burberry The Beat fragrance, Thierry Mugler Alien sample, Treacle Moon Iced Strawberry Dream and new phone case. What can I say he knows me very well :)))

Moving on. Here I have Aveo Liquid Soap, few Essence products: two I Heart Extreme mascaras ( 2 for 1...don't you love deals like that ),Hidden Garden nail polish and blushers; The Sunny Side Of StreetYou Sweeten My Day and Pink me. It's been few months since I bought a blush but now I'm set for a while. I also have Batiste dry shampoo which I tried for the first time and amazing Tangle Teezer brush.

Last two products are Aussie Repair Miracle conditioner and Catrice FuchsCIA ( click here ). I wanted to try Aussie for a very long time and it is finally here. I tried it only once so far but my first impression is positive. We will see how will I feel about it after I test it little more.

That's it for September. Did you tried any of these products? What is in your New in?

Essence You Sweeten My Day

You Sweeten My Day from Essence Happy Girls Are Pretty trend edition is the blush I've been using lately. My first impression wasn't very good but I decided to keep wearing little bit more and finally I changed my mind and now I really like it. The reason why I didn't like it was that it was too light and I could barely see it on my face. After few days I decided to go into it with my brush little bit harder and I loved the result. It was still delicate but it looked very nice on my cheeks. You Sweeten My Day is the blush that looks best for everyday makeup, for some special occasions or going out it might be better to use something else.

First thing I thought when I saw You Sweeten My Day in store was that it is a highlighter but when I looked it closely I saw it was multi colored blush. I decided to buy it because I don't have anything like this in my stash. The blush contains two colors, both are very light but they look nice and radiant on my cheeks. It is good to mention that I have pale skin and I'm not sure how it would looked on darker shin tone, But definitely it is a good product that I will love to use, especially during fall / winter.

On pic bellow you can see my swatch. Two colors alone and mixed together. Not very bright but like I said looks really good on the cheeks.

Did you tried Essence You Sweeten My Day? Do you like light blush like this one=
