True Blood - the end ( SPOILERS )

Before Twilight and all vampire craziness, before The Vampire Diaries and long after Buffy and Angel were our favorite vampires new vampire TV show came along. It was called True Blood and it was different then everything else. Based on a book by Charlaine Harris it brought to visual life so many interesting characters.

True Blood was a success very quickly. Not your usual TV love story with lot of blood, humor, sex and swearing got attention from everyone. I  started watching it after my TV show lover twin - my cousin recommended it. It didn't take long for me to fall for Sookie & Bill ( or should I say Beel? ), Eric, Pam, Laffayette and Jessica. They were fun and crazy and it was 60 minutes full of joy. First 3 seasons were pure awesomest, after that it went downhill little by little. Now after 7 seasons I'm glad it ended. Like most TV shows True Blood was amazing first few years and then it just gets to messy. What I will remember the most when I think of True Blood will be the characters. Probably this show's best feature. All the funny dialogues are on top as well.

Last season was nothing really special, in a way it was unnecessary...meaning nothing was really happening, I have a feeling we were watching episodes put together just to finish everything up. There was no real storyline, I did however liked the fact that they showed us few things from the past. Season finale was my favorite episode this season but again nothing special. I expected little bit more for the end but I do like how the end of the story looks like! Bill's death and end of his story with Sookie was very touching and Eric's and Pam's business success was hilarious. The last scene was very nice, I'm glad Sookie found her love and that everybody continued with their life putting everything behind them...

31 Day Nail Art Challenge: Delicate print

It was so hard to pick the design for day 15 of 31 Day Nail Art Challenge. In the end I decided to go with feather design. Something very easy and delicate and something I wanted to do for a while. I usually like brighter colors much better but there is something in soft colors like this that I enjoy time to time. That is exactly what I love about nail art challenge, it makes me pick up different colors and some different designs then usual.

I used: H&M White, Golden Rose 330 and Essence Glitz & Glam

Oriflame Wonder Color Lipstick - Daring Red

When I was a teenager I remember grabbing Oriflame catalog and asking my mom for a nail polish or some super shimmery lipstick. So when I think of Oriflame it brings out those cute memories but I haven't seen new products or catalog for years. Few months ago when my cousin gave me this red lipstick I was very curious about it and honestly I didn't have high expectation because I always remember those bad lipstick picks that I used to have. But this is different.

The texture of Daring Red is creamy and it is easy to apply it. It looks best when you apply few coats. The color is red, not one of those bright reds...this is just a little bit darker classic red. It looks beautiful and elegant on the lips, it lasts for few hours and it doesn't dry out your lips. It has everything that good lipstick should have.

Now after this really nice lipstick reminded me on Oriflame I might consider buying some of their products. First thing I would check out would be other colors in Wonder Color Lipstick range because this was a pleasant surprise.
Do you have any suggestions?

31 Day Nail Art Challenge: Flowers

Time for mani number 14! Day 14 was Flowers and this is beside Rainbow mani my favorite manicure so far. I did saran wrap mani as a base and simple pink flowers on top of that. I love how saran wrap looks as a base for nail art so I think I should do it more often.

I used: H&M White, Catrice Sweets For My Sweets and Catrice Raspberry Fields Forever

Lush massage bars

I fell in love with Lush massage bars first time I got in touch with one. They look so cute, have amazing smell, they are great for the skin and little bit different then other body products. When I first saw them in Lush store I didn't know anything about them and I wondered how to use them in first place. The answer is pretty simple. Lush massage bars are actually solid oils and they melt when they get in touch with your skin or your body warmth to be more precise. The easiest way to use them is to warm them up a bit between your hands and then you can easily apply them wherever you want. They smell amazing and when you apply them to your skin you don't need any other fragrance. I like when I apply it on my body before bed so my PJs and bedding smell just like it! Each Lush bar contains oils and butters. I keep my massage bars in tins. I have two Lush tins but I don't plan to buy them anymore. For the price of one I can buy another Lush product and I can easily find a cheap cute tin in a different place ( I got few from Kik but I also find a lot tins on ebay ).

Soft Coeur

This is the first Lush massage bar I ever tried ( well, the one on the pic is actually the second because I have two Soft Coeur bars ). I fell in love with it immediately. I loved that was little bit different then all other body products I had. It smells absolutely perfect...honey and chocolate...and has the cute heart shape. It is also great treat for the skin. Nurturing and it soaks in quickly, so even though it is oil it is not greasy. And like I said it smells so, so good. Another interesting fact...it is edible.

Snow Fairy Sparkle

Snow Fairy Sparkle is inspired by one of most popular Lush products Snow Fairy shower gel. It has exactly the same sweet smell and it is easily my second favorite. It comes in cute fairy shape and also has glitter, a true girly product. Lush recommends to squash it before you use it to get the most of it but I never did that...I just didn't want to lose the fairy shape. However it worked for me the "usual way" and I will continue to use it like that. From all massage bars that I have this one melts the most so it is important to store it. Box or a tin in a room temperature works great. Snow Fairy Sparkle is limited edition but I believe it will come back at Christmas 2014.

Shimmy, shimmy

I got this bar in a Snow Fairy box I bought in Christmas sale. Another one in heart shape with loads of shimmer! Smells like vanilla and lavender, I like to use it winter. Makes my skin smooth and shiny :D

Each Peach

Interesting thing about Each Peach, probably the most popular massage bar is that it doesn't smell like peaches at all. It has citrus, orange smell. Really refreshing and great for summer! It has oval shape with flower pattern.

Tender Is The Night

Tender Is The Night is part of Valentine's Day collection of products. I love soothing scent of this bar...it has one of my favorite scents - jasmine combined with ylang ylang and vanilla.

Great thing about massage bars is that they can last for a while. I always look at Lush website to see the other bars but I decided not to buy them until I use up at least one of these that I have right now. For now I'm good but it will get real tough in Christmas time, especially during Lush sale.

Did you tried Lush massage bars?
