Swatch: Essence Blue Addicted, Time For Romance and Make It Golden

Last week new Essence product finally arrived. I was anticipating nail polishes the most, especially three nail polishes in this post. They have some interesting product that I will probably try in future...translucent loose powder is first on my list :) But now let's talk about these glitter beauties. When I saw Essence press photos with all the new products, glitter nail polishes caught my eyes. I was looking forward to them, although I thought that they will work only as toppers. But I decided to try them alone. So these pictures are without base color and I can say that I am very surprised how good they look alone with just 2 coats.

I had some trouble with the pictures, all of these nail polishes look better in real life. Colors in real life are stronger and all the shimmer and the glitter is more visible.

Blue Addicted

I'm not the biggest fan of blue nail polishes but when I saw this one I knew that I have to have it. You can see at the pictures how it looks with 2 coats and without base color. I was almost certain that I'm wasting my time by using Blue Addicted without base but in the end it came out perfect. I love, love, love how it looks...it is really beautiful and eye catching. The bottle is 5 ml like all the Color and go bottles. I had some problems when I was applying this nail polish to my nails, it was really difficult and the reason for that was the brush. I think that this isn't common problem with this nail polish, I think that the problem is with this particular brash. Some of the hair on this brush is not vertical like the hair should be...it is little bit aslant which makes applying little bit difficult because there is huge amount of product on the brush. It is not a huge problem I just have to be little bit patient and go slow...but it was little bit annoying. However that won't make me stop using Blue Addicted, it is too beautiful :)

Time For Romance

I think that Time To Romance is my favorite from these three polishes. I applied 2 coats, next time I will probably add third coat because it will look little bit better even though it looks great with 2 coats. Picture is little bit washed. Applying Time To Romance was very easy, there were no problems at all. Time To Romance lasted 4 days on my nails, I didn't use the top coat but the top coat will probably make this nail polish lasting even longer.

Make It Goledn

Make It Golden is very pretty nail polish, but I think that this one will look better with base color. Is not bad alone but base color will make all the beautiful golden glitter pop. Good thing is that with golden glitter there are so many possibilities because it will look great with neutral, bright or dark colors.  When you look at the pictures you see the parts that are translucent, the reality is that they are not. They are golden too...because there is golden shimmer. I guess that the flash on my camera was to strong.

Avon mini haul

It has been long time since my last Avon order, but there are few Avon products that I can't be without. Two product from that category are in this mini haul. I love Avon Advance Techniques products, I tried few of them and I was very happy with them. Now I'm gonna write little something about AT products that I have here. They are 2 in 1 Anti-Dandruff Shampoo & Conditioner and Dry Ends Serum.

Anti-Dandruff shampoo and conditioner is the product that I really love and the product that I always have around. In my case it is very effective. I don't have to use it all the time, I use it maybe every third or forth hair wash ( I hope this is the wright way of saying it...if it's not...sorry :) but I hope you get what I mean). Sometimes my hair is completely dandruff free and then I don't use it at all, but after dandruff comes back I use this few times in a row and then like I already said, every third or four time. If you have dandruff problem I think it is worth to try this product because since I'm using it it has been very helpful. I can't say that it will help you for sure because I know people who didn't see the difference at all and people like me who are satisfy with it.
The second amazing Avon hair product is Dry Ends Serum. I have long hair and I always need something to refresh my ends. Avon serum is perfect for that, I've been using it for years and I have only compliments for it. Beside the quality of this product, what I love about it is that it smells so good.

My first brush ever was Avon brush, I think that it was powder and blush brush. I really loved that one and since I need new blush brush I decided to try Avon brush. You can see on the pictures above how it looks like. Hair on the brush is really soft and it is comfortable when you apply blush to your face. This brush does the work very well and I'm very happy with it.

Last product that I have is Color Trend lip gloss Chocolate Nut. Most of my lip products are pink, red, orange...it has been a while since I got something like this. This is to remind me that there are different colors beside the pink and that I can use them sometimes :) I like how this one looks on my lips, it is not too dark and it is wearable day and night. Feeling when you have this product on your  lips is...very nice. It is comfortable, but it is also  little bit sticky but not much...I would say like any other lipgloss in same range.

Perfume lover

I think I already had a post where I said that I'm a huge perfume lover. As you can see on the pictures I have a lot of perfumes! Some of them I bought myself but most of them are Christmas and birthday gifts. Good thing about having so many perfumes is that they last forever. Some of these perfumes I have for years and it looks like they will be with me for some time.
When I compare my taste in perfumes with ANY of my friends...I have very different taste...so tell me what are your favorites, what is on your wishlist or which perfume you using right now ;)

Here is what I have:

Givenchy Organza - my favorite perfume. I have this one for a very long time and even though I am using it only in special occasions it is almost gone :( So now I'm saving it even more then I did before. This is such a beautiful scent, I think it is very elegant and sophisticated. Givenchy Organza is one of those perfumes that will  never get old.

Givenchy Organza Indecence  - this is another amazing Givenchy perfume. I got this one as a gift. This one is also beautiful but it is little bit heavier then Givenchy Organza. What I like about this one is that is same as Organza very long lasting. I use this one on some special occasions as well because I think that it isn't for everyday use.

Dolce & Gabbana The one - I think this one is my second favorite and another perfume that I'm saving. The reason is that it is soooo beautiful and I don't want to be without it. Despite that somehow it is going away so fast :)

Escada Incredible Me - This is a perfume that I'm using a lot. I like it because I think it's great for any occasion and any season. You can't go wrong with this on.

Nina Ricci - Also an amazing gift that has cutest little bottle. I prefer using it during the winter. Because I am used to little lighter scents and for me this one is great wehen the cold days are here.

Valentino Rock 'n' rose - This is a gift that I got from my boyfriend for Valentine's day. Valentino for Valentine's...haha...you see where he was going. As you can imagine main scent here is rose. It smells really nice and I noticed that it smells differently on different seasons. It was still winter when I got it and I liked it but I wasn't crazy about it. Then the spring came and I thought to myself that I was wrong about this perfume because every time I put it on was better and better...that changed again when summer came...and again when fall came. On spring and fall it smells really, really beautiful and during the summer and winter it has much stronger scent. Interesting isn't it? :) If you had experience like this please tell me about it!

Flowe by Cynthia Rowley - I love floral perfumes so this one is just perfect for me. I have it for a long time and in this cute bottle there is just few drops left :(

Bvlgari Jasmin Noir - Christmas gift from last year, it was on my wishlist for a very long time and you can imagine how happy I was when I got it. I think this one could appease many different tastes. Jasmin Noir is another Special occasion parfume so I think ( and hope ) that it will be here for some time.

Lanvin Jeanne - This perfume has interesting story. I was out with my friends after a long time and we went to a bar where they  had some kind of presentation of Lanvin Jeanne. It wasn't anything fancy, just a usual night in the bar but all the girls had a chance to try Lanvin Jeanne and to participate in giveaway. There were several different awards, one of them was this perfume. And yes...I got it...you can imagine how happy I was that I got out that night. Another great thing was that I really love this perfume, because if I didn't like it I would probably give it to someone who does...but it has a beautiful, sweet scent and it was also something I won...so all that makes it perfect!!

U by Ungaro - U is the perfume that everyone asks me about when I have it on. It is great for day and night ( and any season...haha ).

Escada Sentiment - This perfume was actually my mom's but she wasn't using it a lot and then she gave it to me. I love using it during the summer, because it has some fruity notes.  What I love is that they are not dominate because I actually don't like fruit scents that much.

Christina Aguilera - Usually I'm little bit suspicious  when it comes to celebrity perfumes, mostly because I'm not sure that they are long lasting. Christina Aguilera perfume is the one that I loved so much that I had to take the risk and try it because I love the smell of it so much. I wasn't disappointed at all ;)

XX by Mexx Very Nice - As the name of it tells us...very nice! My everyday perfume.

Rihanna's street style

Rihanna is one of biggest female stars and one of the most popular singers. She is known about her catchy songs, fabolous hairstyles and her sense of style. I decided to dedicate a post to Rihanna's street style. The thing I like about Rihanna's style  is that she is always full of surprises. As soon as you used to one hairstyle she has, she is already on to another. When it comes to fashion she always has some interesting choices. On the red carpet she will be the girl rocking Dior better then anyone and her street style is all about mix and mach. I always like to check out what she is wearing even though my style is very different then Rihanna's and I probably wouldn't wear most of her outfits but I really like how Rihanna has fun with fashion and  isn't afraid of it.
